Darwin's shaving soap offers an exceptionally comfortable shaving experience. For the Drake fragrance, we've chosen to incorporate a touch of duck (well, almost!) by adding duck fat to the formulation. This enriches the lather for enhanced protection and supple skin.

Did you know? Drake isn't just a corsair's name. In English, Drake also means mallard, the male duck 😉

"Drake's Bay Rum" Scent:
Drake crafted his Tafia de Laurier (Bay Rum) while traversing the seven seas, a mission to bring the world's treasures to the English Royal Crown. His spoils, travels, and escapades are woven into the spicy notes of this Bay Rum. Standing with him on the ship's deck, its opening whisks us to the Antilles' sun, a blend of fruitiness and tang. Subsequent layers evoke sailors' daily life: the ship's cedar wood, lemon for scurvy prevention, soul-warming rum, and precious spices stored in the holds. Just when the sea seems to have taken all, the powder speaks, igniting the senses. Drake endured to share his cherished fragrance, a legacy now extended by Darwin.

This fragrance is crafted solely from natural essential oils and genuine amber rum (10%):

• St. Thomas bay and laurel bay: Two akin fruits that soften the laurel's presence.
• Citron: Originating from India, it infuses both woody and fruity undertones. A citrus kin to lemon, its scent harks back to cedar.
• Frankincense (incense): Woody, mineral, with subtle spiciness.
• Amber rum: Warm, sweet, and spicy.
• Grey amber: Offers a powdery warmth, adept at harmonizing notes.
• Cade: Infusing a smoky, woody essence.

Features:
Crafted from genuine coconut shell. Sourced from Vietnam, where it's a byproduct of the food industry. Cleaned and polished, it's lightweight yet sturdy. After the soap's use, repurpose it as a shaving bowl; its natural texture facilitates lather formation.
